Delivery Responsibility
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you move address or are unable to receive delivery at that address when pre orders ship, the band cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered items.It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure mail forwarding or alternative arrangements are in place.

Returns
The cost of shipping returns is at the cost of the customer. Please email therooks@touchdownmgmt.com to obtain instructions before shipping any returns.
