Returns Policy

All items purchased from our store are subject to the terms below.

Customised Products
Products that are personalised or customised, including items with names printed or bespoke artwork, are non refundable and non returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Standard Products
For non customised items, customers have the right to cancel and return their order in line with UK distance selling regulations. This allows you to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original condition and original packaging.

Return postage costs for standard returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. All issues must be reported by emailing therooks@touchdownmgmt.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We recommend checking your items on arrival to ensure any problems can be dealt with promptly.
