By purchasing the Back The Rooks Bundle, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Bundle Contents
Each Back The Rooks Bundle is priced at £60.00 plus any applicable shipping charges.
Each bundle includes:
  • 1 x Back The Rooks T-Shirt
  • 1 x Signed Back The Rooks Art Card ("Betting Slip")
  • 1 x The Rooks Plectrum
  • 1 x Sampler CD containing previously unreleased material
  • 3 x The Rooks Pin Badges
  • 2 x The Rooks Stickers
2. Product Images
All product images, mock-ups and visual representations are for illustrative purposes only.
Final products, colours, materials, sizing, packaging and artwork may differ from those shown. The Rooks reserve the right to make reasonable changes to product specifications where necessary.
3. T-Shirt Sizes
T-Shirts are available in a range of sizes subject to availability.
Customers must select their preferred size when placing an order. The Rooks cannot guarantee availability of all sizes throughout the sales period.
4. Pins & Stickers
Each bundle includes three (3) pin badges and two (2) stickers.
Designs will be selected at random and customers cannot request specific designs.
Pin badge and sticker designs may vary from those shown in promotional materials.
5. Sampler CD
The sampler CD will contain previously unreleased and/or unheard material selected by The Rooks.
No track listing, running order, song titles or content information will be provided in advance.
Content may vary between production runs.
6. "Betting Slip" Artwork
References throughout this promotion to:
  • "Betting Slip"
  • "Place Your Bets"
  • "Stake"
  • "Payout"
  • Similar terminology
are purely creative references connected to The Rooks' music, branding and the theme of the single Nothing To Lose.
This promotion:
  • Is not gambling
  • Is not betting
  • Does not constitute a lottery, prize draw or gaming activity
  • Does not involve wagering money
  • Does not involve chance-based winnings
The signed art card is a collectible merchandise item only.
The art card:
  • Has no cash value
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Cannot be redeemed for credit
  • Cannot be transferred to The Rooks in exchange for any financial reward
Each art card is linked to the original purchaser's name and email address used when placing the order.
Art cards are strictly non-transferable and may not be assigned, gifted, resold or otherwise transferred for the purpose of claiming any future activation, reward or benefit associated with the Back The Rooks Bundle.
The Rooks reserve the right to request proof of identity and proof of purchase before granting access to any future activation associated with the Bundle.
7. Shipping & Fulfilment
The estimated lead time for shipment may be up to six (6) weeks from the date of purchase.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
The Rooks shall not be liable for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, postal services, customs authorities or circumstances outside of their reasonable control.
8. Returns & Refunds
Customers may exercise any statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Due to the bundle nature of the product:
  • Bundles cannot be returned in part.
  • Individual items cannot be refunded separately.
  • Any return must include all items originally supplied within the bundle.
Where a return is accepted, all contents must be returned in their original condition wherever reasonably possible.
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
BONUS ACTIVATION
9. Future Fan Reward
The Back The Rooks Bundle includes eligibility for a potential future fan activation.
The activation will only become available if:
The Rooks headline a Glasgow venue with a ticketed capacity of at least 1,500 people on or before 31 December 2027.
If this condition is achieved, eligible bundle purchasers will become eligible to redeem access to:
  • A pre-show soundcheck experience
  • Meet and greet access
  • An exclusive event T-Shirt
  • A signed setlist
  • Additional commemorative items at the discretion of The Rooks
The exact contents of the activation may be amended where reasonably necessary due to venue, operational, safety or logistical requirements.
10. Eligibility Requirements
To claim any future activation benefits, purchasers must:
  • Retain their original order confirmation email
  • Retain and present their original signed Back The Rooks Art Card
  • Be the original purchaser of the Bundle
  • Follow any redemption instructions communicated by The Rooks
Failure to provide proof of purchase, proof of identity and/or the original art card may result in eligibility being refused.
Art cards are linked to the original purchaser and are not transferable.
Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed art cards may not be replaced and may result in the purchaser becoming ineligible to redeem any future activation benefits associated with the Back The Rooks Bundle.
11. Concert Ticket Requirement
Any future activation does not include entry to the concert itself.
Eligible participants must purchase a valid concert ticket separately.
Possession of a Back The Rooks Bundle, confirmation email or art card does not grant admission to any concert venue.
12. Non-Transferability
The Rooks reserve the right to determine reasonable verification procedures to confirm eligibility.
Future activation benefits may not be exchanged for cash or alternative goods and have no standalone monetary value.
13. Changes to the Promotion
The Rooks reserve the right to amend, suspend, substitute or cancel any aspect of the future activation where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond their control, legal requirements, venue restrictions, health and safety requirements, force majeure events or other operational reasons.
This right applies only to the future activation element of the promotion and does not affect the physical Bundle contents purchased by customers, provided such contents have already been supplied.
Where reasonably possible, any material changes will be communicated to purchasers using the email address supplied at checkout.
Customers must provide a valid and active email address when placing their order.
